📋 Description

• Source and recruit Physicians, NPs, PAs, and CRNAs for locum tenens and permanent positions nationwide • Develop and implement recruitment strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and outbound campaigns • Build and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates • Screen candidates for experience, licensure, certifications, malpractice history, and credentialing requirements • Maintain communication with active candidates to support engagement, retention, and redeployment • Partner with account managers to align candidate delivery with client needs • Manage documentation, candidate notes, and tasks in SalesForce ATS • Support credentialing, compliance, contracts, and scheduling when needed • Analyze market trends and provider supply dynamics • Contribute to staffing projections, planning, and leadership updates • Foster teamwork, collaboration, and continuous professional development

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience in building relationships with candidates from diverse medical backgrounds • Experience in outbound recruiting, marketing outreach, and candidate re-engagement strategies • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills across phone, email, and virtual platforms • Resilient problem-solving abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Excel, and SalesForce • Proof of legal eligibility to work in the United States
