📋 Description

• Travels regionally to call on existing and target customers • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and supports customer needs through frequent personal, written, and phone conversations • Serves as technical filtration consultant to the customer • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales • Identifies, designs, develops, and implements market-driven strategies to achieve revenue goals and the company’s mission • Increases customer base and adds to existing customer profitability • Leverages expanding product lines to capture market share from vulnerable strategic competitors • Promotes a customer-oriented focus and advocates consultative customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED • Bachelor's degree in related discipline is preferred • 5+ years experience in industrial sales • 3+ years industrial filtration sales experience • Valid drivers license • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills • Computer proficiency to include use of laptop/desktop, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, ability to learn and use a CRM system • Knowledge and experience in the process filtration industry • Knowledge of refinery and natural gas processing plants and how filtration plays a very important role in the operation of those process systems • Knowledge of filtration products
