• Consultative Selling: Understand customers' needs, preferences, and project requirements to recommend appropriate temporary fabric solutions and additional equipment or services • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies to expand the customer base • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, contractors, and industry partners to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business • Quoting and Proposal Development: Prepare accurate and competitive rental quotes and proposals, ensuring alignment with customers' budgets and timelines • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate rental agreements, terms, and conditions with customers while maximizing profitability and adhering to company policies • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth and strategic positioning • Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-rental follow-up, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty • Administrative Duties: Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and rental transactions using company CRM software and other tools • Training and Development: Continuously enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise through training programs, workshops, and self-directed learning initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required • 2+ years Sales experience preferably in the construction, equipment rental, or related industry • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
