• Manage the onboarding process for new dental practices. • Ensure all necessary documentation and initial setup tasks are completed efficiently. • Deliver in-person training sessions on Sunbit’s patient financing options. • Customize training materials to meet the specific needs of each dental practice. • Ensure training sessions are interactive, informative, and engaging. • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the patient financing product and any updates or changes. • Serve as a subject matter expert, answering any questions and addressing concerns from dental practices. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the dental practices. • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and product utilization. • Gather feedback from dental practices to continuously identify areas for improvement in the product and training materials. • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, client interactions, and progress (Sales Force). • Provide regular reports to management on training outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related fields are an advantage. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or training roles. • Experience in the dental industry or with patient financing products is highly preferred. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in CRM software and training tools. • Customer-focused with a passion for helping clients succeed. • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. • High level of professionalism and integrity.
