• Minimum of 1-3 years of related sales experience in the financial services industry is preferred. • Valid and active Life Insurance License (LLQP) • Experience in sales or financial services is an asset, but not required. • A natural ability to listen, understand, and guide others • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
