📋 Description

• Review customer accounts to compile compelling evidence for bank disputes • Identify and/or contribute to process improvements • Participate in special projects, such as building tools to fight chargebacks more efficiently • Work with data and engineering teams on business-related projects • Analyze chargeback data trends to eliminate chargeback risk factors and drive product improvements • Contribute to a fast-moving, collaborative startup environment and participate in team meetings, Slack chats, and social events

🎯 Requirements

• You are a post-secondary student, studying a business-related major • Proficiency with Microsoft and Google Workspaces • 1-2 work terms of experience preferred • You have a passion for people, processes, and systems • You have a strong work ethic with a desire to contribute to a fast-growing startup • You are a critical thinker and problem-solver • You can learn quickly, paired with the desire to work hard • Candidates can be based anywhere in Canada • Minimum 6-hour overlap with the Eastern Time Zone • Available to work a 40-hour work week • Must be residing in the country where your school is located for the complete duration of the internship • Internship must be part of your academic program or completed independently, as applicable
