📋 Description

• Use data to answer strategic questions and support business strategy and rapid growth • Organize, visualize, and understand large datasets related to performance marketing channels • Conduct deep-dive analysis • Create regression or segmentation models • Build automated dashboards and funnels for internal teams • Generate reporting to drive business growth and derive strategic insights from product, user, and operational data • Promote a data-driven culture and support strategy and decision-making • Access, clean, and organize raw data for teams and stakeholders • Work on real projects alongside full-time developers and contribute work that ships and is used • Participate in team meetings, Slack discussions, and social events

🎯 Requirements

• Current enrollment in a college, university, or school program • Internship must be part of an academic program or otherwise completed independently, as applicable • Ability to work 40 hours per week • Ability to maintain a minimum 6-hour overlap with the Eastern Time Zone • Availability during core working hours of 9/10 a.m. to 5/6 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility • Ability to pull, clean, and manipulate large sets of complex data • SQL querying and data analysis with Python and/or R • Familiarity with Looker, Amplitude, dbt, and Snowflake • Solid understanding of common statistical methods and real-world applications • Ability to work independently while accepting mentorship and guidance • Ability to address stakeholder requests and provide valuable insights • Ability to navigate ambiguous or changing priorities • Understanding of how data insights connect to broader business goals • Must reside in the country where your school is located for the complete internship duration
