📋 Description

• Review customer accounts to compile compelling evidence for customer disputes • Assess and leverage data to gather insights on customer behavior and identify opportunities • Monitor fraud dashboards to support proactive fraud mitigation • Participate in special projects related to fraud and chargebacks • Work as part of the broader Strategic Operations team • Contribute to real projects that ship and are used • Participate in team meetings, Slack chats, and social events

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary student studying business or finance • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel • 1–2 years of work experience preferred • Experience with data analysis preferred • Passion for people, processes, and systems • Strong work ethic and desire to contribute to a fast-growing startup • Critical thinker and problem-solver • Ability to learn quickly and desire to work hard • Candidates must be based in Canada • Minimum 6-hour overlap with the Eastern Time Zone • Availability to work a 40-hour work week • Ability to work core hours from 9/10 am to 5/6 pm EST, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility on start/end times • Must reside in the country where the school is located for the complete duration of the internship • Internship must be part of an academic program or completed independently, as applicable
