📋 Description

• Shape the technical direction of security tooling and AppSec practices • Lead secure design across major engineering projects, from threat modeling through architecture • Design and evolve DevSecOps architecture and embed security across the SDLC • Build and extend in-house security tooling to identify and remediate issues • Identify and implement AI solutions to automate and scale security work • Perform advanced offensive security work, chaining vulnerabilities and building proofs of concept demonstrating business impact • Enable developers to write more secure code and ship security work faster through training and AI-powered tooling • Mentor and develop engineers and raise the standard for security work • Collaborate with product engineers, DevOps, and Fraud • Select and deploy evolving security-stack tools • Own and advance the organization’s AI infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years working in security (AppSec, DevSecOps, offensive security, or similar) • Professional offensive security experience finding, chaining, and exploiting complex vulnerabilities in applications and infrastructure • Track record of leading security initiatives and mentoring or developing engineers • Experience leading threat modeling and secure design across engineering projects • Experience designing and embedding security across CI/CD pipelines and the SDLC • Hands-on cloud infrastructure or cloud security experience with AWS and Kubernetes • Comfortable writing and maintaining code; Python preferred • Relevant security certifications are a bonus, such as Burp Suite Certified Practitioner, KCSA, or AWS SCS • Professional software development experience is a bonus • Published security research, CVEs, or conference talks are a bonus • Experience applying AI/LLMs to security or engineering workflows is a bonus • Open-source security tool development or contributions are a bonus • Mobile development or mobile security experience is a bonus
