📋 Description

• Assist in designing and executing UX research studies with researchers, product designers, and product managers • Manage research operations, including participant screening, recruiting, and scheduling • Partner with Product Designers, Content, and PMs to align research questions with roadmap decisions • Develop research plans, moderator guides, and other research materials under team oversight • Use AI to transcribe, tag, and synthesize research findings • Analyze and synthesize findings and identify themes • Document findings and communicate recommendations to design counterparts and stakeholders • Update and tag the research repository to keep work accessible • Participate in research rituals and meetings • Contribute to real technology and startup projects as a fully integrated team member
