📋 Description

• Support the Operations team in tackling critical operational challenges and projects across the organization • Help ideate, pilot, test, and roll out new internal and external processes • Improve customer service processes • Recommend improvements to customer support • Identify opportunities for improvement within Customer Experience teams • Investigate anomalies and outliers • Drive operational excellence across teams as the company scales • Support leaders with reporting and presentations • Maintain rigorous and accurate documentation of processes and procedures • Participate as a fully integrated remote team member in meetings, Slack discussions, and social events

🎯 Requirements

• You are in college or university, pursuing an education in Business, Commerce or a similar field • You have a customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of customer lifecycle management • You are versatile and flexible, with experience working in a fast-moving environment where you had to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously • You are a high-performer, and seek to be the best in all that you do • You are a proactive problem solver and know how to prioritize tasks • You double-check your work and numbers, you have a rigorous approach to research and a bias for action • Candidates can be based anywhere in Canada • Minimum 6-hour overlap with the Eastern Time Zone • Available to work a 40-hour work week • Available during core working hours of 9/10 am–5/6 pm EST, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility on start/end times • Must be residing in the country where your school is located for the complete duration of the internship • Internship must be part of an academic program at your school/college/university or completed independently, as applicable
