📋 Description

• Manage timelines and deliverables for low voltage installations, including data cabling, CCTV, and access control • Manage Zoho Desk for service tickets and Zoho Projects for long-form deployments • Coordinate communication between clients and field technicians • Maintain detailed project notes, hardware inventories, and close-out reports • Handle incoming communications via Dialpad • Balance independent tasks with collaborative team goals

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years in a project coordination or service admin role, preferably within the low voltage or IT industry • Solid understanding of Ubiquiti networking, access control systems, IP cameras, and structured cabling • Prior experience with Zoho Desk and Zoho Projects highly preferred • Exceptional written and verbal English; ability to communicate complex technical details clearly • Quiet, distraction-free workspace • Reliable, high-speed internet connection • Dual monitor setup • PC with Intel i7 processor or equivalent, or better
