📋 Description

• Prospect, identify, and qualify new leads through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling • Guide qualified prospects through the entire sales pipeline from initial discovery call to negotiation and final close • Generate accurate, timely quotes and proposals for prospects and existing clients • Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, deal stages, and communications • Ensure all account data, contacts, and deal statuses are current in the company's tech stack • Manage the full sales lifecycle across business development and sales operations

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience navigating Zoho or a similar major CRM, specifically building quotes, updating deal stages, and managing lead databases • Strong familiarity with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Meet • Proven track record of managing end-to-end deal cycles, not just setting appointments • High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex pricing, quotes, and contract terms without errors • Comfortable finding and engaging net-new clients • Flawless quote generation and pipeline hygiene • Ability to advance deals through specific stages • Background in Account Management, Full-Cycle Inside Sales, or SMB Account Executive roles • Familiarity with Zoho and Google Workspace
