📋 Description

• Receive, prioritize, document, and actively resolve end user help requests and technical issues through the internal support ticketing system • Provide general software support and basic troubleshooting • Set up and troubleshoot desktop hardware, monitors, peripherals, and basic networking connections • Partner with other corporate services departments to complete onboarding and offboarding processes, including user setup and disabling account access • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or specialized teams as appropriate • Participate in projects related to compliance and internal system improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in providing end-user support (desktop, mobile, and email) • Familiarity managing M365 services, including Teams, Exchange and SharePoint • Ability to learn and support various internal systems and tools • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Associate's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent (nice to have) • Certification such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent (nice to have) • Experience in managing or provisioning user accounts (nice to have)
