📋 Description

• Manage customer engagements as a trusted advisor, developing a deep understanding of clients' AI strategies and overseeing high-quality data projects to ensure they meet SLAs and goals • Lead cross-functional collaboration, interfacing with engineering and operations teams to ensure excellent deliverables and timely execution • Drive client relationship management by maintaining strong connections, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and acting as the primary point of contact**

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer success management or project leadership in tech or AI-related fields, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex solutions • Resourceful problem-solver with a strong grasp of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in natural language processing, able to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans • Self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical solutions and independently optimizing systems to meet client needs
