📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional project team delivering Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management • Manage client expectations regarding timelines, delivery, scope, and responsibilities • Lead client kickoff meetings and support specification review meetings • Manage project schedules and scope; track tasks required for on-time client user acceptance testing (UAT) • Facilitate internal and external meetings; set agendas, share minutes, and drive action items • Assess project risks and escalate issues through established communication pathways • Drive study and team resourcing • Ensure client satisfaction through project build and maintenance, coordinating with customer care, management, and business development • Identify and assist with services process improvements • Provide client-driven feedback to Product and Services Solutions for new features and initiatives • Delegate and oversee tasks for associate project managers • Travel to client sites for meetings and user training • Lead team efforts toward capacity, compliance efficiency, quality, and engagement targets • Serve as primary client contact from contract award through system deactivation and archival • Own project timelines, quality, team utilization, and on-time delivery • Support training and development of new team members • Directly manage and supervise team members; delegate work and monitor progress • Collaborate on performance management, development, feedback, and learning opportunities • Collaborate with League Leadership on study assignments • Participate in hiring decisions and process improvements • Serve as an internal escalation point and partner with Solutions, Talent & Culture, and Learning & Development • Support Issue Management and perform other related duties as required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required • Interpersonal and communication skills • Time management and organizational skill • Analytical thinking ability • Creative problem-solving ability • Attention to detail • Consultative skills • At least two years of experience in IRT or related field preferred
