📋 Description

• Lead environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple manufacturing sites • Travel regularly to manufacturing sites to support EHS initiatives • Partner with corporate sustainability leadership on environmental reporting and compliance • Develop and implement company-wide EHS policies, procedures, and programs • Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments • Ensure compliance with OSHA, ANSI, environmental, and other applicable regulations • Lead safety training across organizational levels • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and drive corrective actions • Establish safety goals, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives • Maintain documentation related to incidents, audits, inspections, and compliance • Present safety performance metrics and recommendations to senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing safety leadership experience • Strong knowledge of OSHA, ANSI, and environmental regulations • Environmental compliance experience with a strong safety focus • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities • Experience with safety management software and reporting tools • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred • CSP or CIH certification preferred • Ability to travel approximately 50–70%
