• Gather and document business requirements with HR stakeholders • Analyze and prioritize requirements for alignment with business objectives • Create functional specifications for system enhancements and implementations • Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors on HR technology solutions • Participate in system configuration, customization, integration, and testing • Provide ongoing HR systems support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution • Monitor system performance and user feedback • Create and maintain user guides and process-flow documentation • Guide and support HR system users • Plan, execute, and monitor HR technology projects • Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership • Ensure HR data integrity and accuracy • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards • Analyze data to identify trends and insights for HR strategies • Ensure HR systems comply with applicable regulations and policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or a similar role • Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and system design • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Experience managing HR technology projects from initiation through completion • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and emerging technologies • Understanding of data security and compliance requirements related to HR systems • Ability to ensure HR systems comply with applicable regulations and policies
