• Sell life insurance products, including mortgage protection, final expense, and retirement planning • Contact warm leads from the proprietary lead platform • Follow the structured sales process • Use the advanced CRM platform • Complete on-demand training • Help families protect their financial futures • Build a team and earn override income through the optional leadership path
🎯 Requirements
• Current U.S. resident • Authorized to work in the United States • Life insurance license required; no license needed to apply, but it must be obtained before performing the role • No insurance background required • Ability to run client presentations, manage a pipeline, and follow a structured process • Responsive to coaching and guidance • Self-directed and coachable • 1099 independent contractor position • Earnings depend on individual effort, hours invested, and coachability
