📋 Description

• Remain fully conversant with trial protocols, Case Report Forms, manuals, supporting documents, procedures, timelines, and SOPs • Communicate with the Illingworth research nurse project manager, research nurse manager, site staff, and Principal Investigator • Maintain accurate trial documentation and electronic data transfers while protecting subject confidentiality • Attend Site Initiation Visits and other multidisciplinary, project management, and client-facing meetings as required • Coordinate and complete on-site and off-site subject trial visits with the RN team • Ensure trial procedures, assessments, and data collection comply with protocols and SOPs • Administer trial medication and facilitate its safe storage, transfer, and accountability • Process, package, and dispatch samples while liaising with couriers and relevant organizations • Help identify eligible patients and support recruitment into clinical trials • Provide information and support to patients receiving on-site and off-site care • Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and suspected unexpected serious adverse reactions • Support additional follow-up related to reported events • Report suspected misconduct or fraud to Illingworth and associated companies • Perform other tasks, duties, and responsibilities assigned by the Company

🎯 Requirements

• Registered nurse with a minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience • Research and clinical trials experience with GCP certification • Knowledge of research design and methodology desirable • Experience and knowledge of clinical nursing skills such as Venepuncture and ECG preferable • Ability to work autonomously with initiative in a team within a multidisciplinary environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks • Good working knowledge of computer software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as a minimum • Ability to follow trial protocols, Case Report Forms (CRFs/eCRF), off-site manuals, supporting documents, procedures, timelines, and SOPs • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and electronic data transfers while ensuring subject confidentiality, GCP, and data protection compliance • Ability to administer trial medication and manage its safe storage, transfer, and accountability • Ability to process, package, and dispatch samples safely • Ability to accurately report AEs, SAEs, and SUSARs • Compliance with applicable recruitment and employment legislation
