📋 Description

• Assess quality of the data • Review and provide input on protocols and statistical analysis plans (SAP) • Conduct analyses, including programming of tables, figures, and listings (TFLs) • Perform senior data analyst responsibilities involving SAS/R programming • Work with commercial claims and EHR databases • Conduct longitudinal cohort studies and create study cohorts, baseline variables, and outcome variables • Apply epidemiological study designs and methodologies • Perform basic statistical tests, regression modeling, and survival analysis • Contribute to observational data standards and OHDSI/OMOP initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Highly proficient in SAS or R • Extensive familiarity with commercial claims and EHR databases, such as Optum, MarketScan, IQVIA PharMetrics, or HealthVerity • Ability to conduct longitudinal cohort studies, including creating study cohorts, baseline and outcome variables from scratch • Solid understanding of epidemiologic study designs and methodologies • Hands-on experience with basic statistical tests, regression models, and survival analysis • Advanced degree in Biostatistics or Epidemiology • Undergraduate degree, preferably in a scientific or statistical discipline; equivalent combination of education and demonstrated programming experience may be considered • Extensive programming experience in SAS or other required software, preferably in a clinical trial environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
