📋 Description
• Maintain proper file documentation, file notes, and investigation documentation on each assigned claim. • Interact with veterinary clinics to ensure timely claim resolution • Meet or exceed all standards for timeliness, accuracy, and claims volume • Hold or be willing to obtain an Independent Adjuster License • Ensure compliance and support regulatory communications and reporting as needed • Work successfully with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support the needs of those teams
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years working in Veterinary Medicine as a Veterinary Nurse • Claims experience/licensing strongly preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience learning and using new technology • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively • Strong organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
