📋 Description

• Strategically drive approved programs through the project lifecycle • Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and post-pilot deployment waves of very large multiyear programs from pilot to full enterprise deployment • Create short- and long-term plans, set milestone targets, adhere to deadlines, and allocate resources • Delegate project tasks and ensure effective decision-making • Oversee dependencies across program tasks and manage other project managers • Own one high-complexity or two or more medium-complexity programs delivering approved business functionality to Sysco • Define program scope, approach, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and budget • Develop detailed program schedules and coordinate activities, critical dates, and dependencies across projects and programs • Prepare financial plans, define financial reporting and funding release arrangements, and establish budget governance • Oversee budgets, purchases, contracts, monthly spend, resource forecasting, budgeting, forecasting, and expense coding • Supervise purchase requisitions and onboarding of third-party resources • Lead business case development and collaborate with financial partners and leadership on IT business cases • Identify, monitor, mitigate, report, and escalate program risks and issues • Evaluate scope-change impacts and resolve escalated risks, issues, and requests • Drive communications among stakeholders, dependent projects, and Sysco management • Resolve stakeholder conflicts using conflict management techniques • Mentor and train project and program managers and coordinate training needs • Map program dependencies and incorporate dependency management into governance • Define quality indicators and manage quality assurance, quality control, lessons learned, and change control • Create and supervise reporting flows and processes for multiple projects, teams, and workstreams

🎯 Requirements

• 10 years project management experience in a project or program management role • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience with project management tools and methodology • Demonstrated understanding of project financials and measures of performance • CAPM/PMP, Prince 2 or similar certification preferred • Experience with Agile Methodology or CSM certification preferred • 10 years' experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or PlanView • Strong proficiency in Schedule Management, Budget & Cost Control, Forecasting & Budget Reporting, Project Governance & Reporting, Risk & Issue Management, Change Control, Stakeholder Management, Project Metrics & Measurement, and Quality Management
