📋 Description

• Strategically drive approved programs through the project lifecycle • Anticipate and address change requests, issue management, risk management and status reporting • Manage the scope, schedule, budget, and quality of large programs from pilot to full deployment • Create long- and short-term plans with targets for milestones • Delegate tasks to team members best positioned to complete them • Ensure effective decision making for project progression • Own all aspects of high complexity programs, delivering approved functionality to Sysco • Define and lead program scope, approach, assumptions, dependencies, risk, and budget • Partner with stakeholders to develop detailed schedules • Prepare financial plans and define reporting requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 10 years project management experience in a project or program management role • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience with project management tools and methodology. • Demonstrated understanding of project financials and measures of performance. • CAPM/PMP, Prince 2 or similar certification preferred. • Experience with Agile Methodology or CSM certification preferred. • 10 years' experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or PlanView.
