📋 Description

• Manage daily cash-positioning activities and support bank-account administration, including account maintenance, documentation, user access, and banking inquiries • Prepare and maintain short-term cash forecasts, including 13-week cash-flow models, to support liquidity planning and business decision-making • Support implementation and ongoing optimization of the Treasury Management System, including process design, testing, reporting, and documentation • Assist with debt-management activities, including administration of the revolving credit facility and monitoring third-party debt-compliance requirements • Coordinate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to support bank-payment processing, transaction troubleshooting, and related controls • Contribute to treasury-related ERP enhancement projects, including bank-statement reconciliation, accounts-receivable automation, and process-improvement initiatives • Partner with Operations and other internal stakeholders to address insurance, compliance, payment, and other treasury-related needs • Maintain accurate treasury records, support internal reporting requirements, and help ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and control standards • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field • 2 years’ experience in treasury, finance, accounting, banking, or a related corporate-finance function • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel • Familiarity with ERP systems, treasury-management systems, or banking platforms • Ability to identify and manage potential conflicts and challenges and proactively handle problems before they arise • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time • Ability to climb up and down stairs • Willingness and ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
