📋 Description

‱ Reporting to the Vice President, Data & AI, you will play a key role in growing the Data & AI unit in Quebec ‱ Develop and qualify a portfolio of opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients ‱ Build trusted relationships with decision-makers (IT, innovation, operations, data, executive leadership) ‱ Understand business challenges and propose tailored solutions: data, AI, automation, agentic solutions ‱ Position projects aligned with the Data & AI business unit (BU) expertise and market priorities ‱ Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, scoping, proposal, negotiation, closing ‱ Work closely with technical, marketing, recruitment and executive teams

🎯 Requirements

‱ Strong understanding of Data, AI, automation or digital transformation solutions ‱ Proven experience in B2B business development, ideally in consulting or technology services ‱ Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and closing service agreements ‱ University degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field ‱ Ability to develop business in Quebec, with openness to opportunities in Ontario ‱ Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
