📋 Description
• Analyze clients’ business needs and translate them into functional solutions in D365 F&O • Design, configure, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions for logistics • Cover warehouse management (WMS), inventory, purchasing, sales, and distribution • Stay current with technological developments in the D365 F&O Supply Chain module • Contribute to all phases of ERP projects, from project scoping through go-live and post-implementation support • Prepare functional documentation, including requirements specifications, test scenarios, and user guides • Configure modules to optimize processes • Mentor junior consultants and share best practices • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate solutions with the finance and production modules of D365 F&O • Lead client workshops, provide strategic advice, and guide technology and organizational decisions • Build trusted relationships and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent field • 10 years of experience in ERP implementations, including several full-cycle implementation projects • Strong expertise in logistics processes, including WMS, order management, purchasing and sales, and inventory • Proven experience leading or making significant contributions to full-cycle ERP projects • Ability to mentor and guide clients in strategic and operational decision-making • Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
