📋 Description

• Analyze Amazon data and metrics, articulate observations, and propose troubleshooting strategies • Challenge data and provide clear, accurate reports to upper management • Manage brands and products day to day, including best seller tags, metric shifts, market trends, customer profiles, demographics, reporting, competition, and pricing • Develop strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, and improve conversion through price optimization, PPC, coupons, deals, customer communications, creative, and SKU optimization • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly product reports and coordinate with the team to ensure accurate P&L reporting • Proactively identify issues and monitor competitor, industry, and Amazon marketplace rule changes • Escalate problems in a timely manner • Partner with internal teams to develop strategies, share failures and wins, and stay current with Amazon strategies • Track weekly KPIs and perform proactive diagnostics

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in brand management, P&L management, marketing, or an analytical function • 3+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably within the Amazon ecosystem • Experience preferably in a startup or other fast-paced environment • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High level of organization and impeccable attention to detail • Ability to handle aggressive deadlines and prioritize work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Analytical self-starter able to manage multiple projects and solve complex problems with limited oversight • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and develop creative ideas • Positive, reliable, transparent, and collaborative approach • Strong proficiency in Excel • Proven negotiating, influencing, relationship management, or account management experience • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels • Ability to work full-time EST
