📋 Description

• This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to develop into a 360° recruiter under the direct mentorship of an expert recruitment consultant. • Initially, you will focus on sourcing candidates, posting jobs, and managing our ATS (Applicant Tracking System). • Over time, you will develop skills in CV editing, executive career coaching, interview coordination, and full-cycle recruitment. • Your responsibilities will be split into Recruitment Services (For Employers & Clients) and Executive Career Coaching Services (For Executives & Job Seekers).

🎯 Requirements

• Entry-level to junior experience in HR, recruitment, or administration is preferred. • Strong Microsoft Word skills for CV formatting and editing. • Tech-savvy with experience in ATS, job boards, and LinkedIn. • Good written and spoken English communication skills. • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup. • Eager to learn and develop into a full-cycle recruiter.
