📋 Description

• Process vendor invoices into Netsuite • Verify coding of invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts and cost centers • Resolve invoice discrepancies by working with internal stakeholders and vendors • Import approved expense reports from Concur into NetSuite and ensure transactions are posted accurately and matched to the corresponding payment • Prepare and process weekly payment runs via ACH, wire transfer, checks, and other payment methods • Ensure payments are made according to agreed payment terms • Prepare AP accruals for services received but not yet invoiced • Support month-end and year-end closing activities • Verify appropriate approvals before processing invoices • Support external audits by providing requested documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting • Strong understanding of accounting principles • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience working with ERP systems • Experience with NetSuite preferred • Experience in a multi-entity or multinational environment • Experience with foreign currencies and international payments
