• Manage Talent.com’s API and XML syndication programs • Identify new syndication opportunities • Provide support to complete and optimize job posting integrations • Collaborate with customer service analysts to maximize the value delivered to clients • Participate in the DTL (Dynamic Test Link) program • Conduct margin analyses and use this data for bid management
• 2 years of relevant experience in the job board industry • Experience with job posting syndication programs (API syndication is an asset) • Knowledge of the North American job market • Proficiency in strategies to improve ROAS via paid media • Strong interest in data analysis • Solid negotiation skills • Rigorous and critical thinker • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field • Effective communication in English (written/verbal) and ideally bilingual (French is a plus)
