📋 Description
• Develop data migration strategies for the GCP environment • Create detailed 'source-to-target' mappings for data transformation • Define an optimized data architecture for the global project • Design and implement robust ETL pipelines using GCP tools • Develop BigQuery solutions for data storage and processing • Create translation and transformation processes between legacy and new systems • Provide critical, consultative analysis on data architecture • Recommend best practices for organizing data lakes • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • At least 3 years in similar roles • Advanced experience with BigQuery (modeling, optimization) • Knowledge of Cloud Storage, Dataflow, and Cloud Functions • GCP certifications are a plus • Proficiency in complex ETL/ELT processes • Experience with large-scale data architecture • Proven experience with Data Lakes and Data Warehouses • Strong SQL skills for data analysis and transformation • Experience translating and transforming data between systems • Familiarity with data integration tools • Experience in data mapping and creating data dictionaries • Ability to work independently • Proactive in identifying and resolving issues • Effective time and priority management • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Ability to adapt to multinational corporate environments • Fluent English preferred (reading, writing, and speaking)
