📋 Description

• Partner acquisition & deal closing: You identify relevant partners (e.g., placement agencies, tax advisors, coaches), proactively reach out, conduct discussions at the decision-maker level, and close new partnerships. • Build & scale lead channel: You develop, together with the team, a scalable channel for education vouchers via external multipliers—focusing on lead quality and conversion. • Onboard & activate new partners: You ensure new partners become active quickly through clear onboarding processes, compelling materials, and ongoing support. • Relationship management & trust building: You maintain active relationships, further develop existing collaborations, and ensure regular communication, performance transparency, and partner retention. • Collect feedback & build solutions: You systematically gather market feedback, derive optimizations for materials, processes, or offerings—and feed these back into the team. • Collaboration with Marketing & Operations: You work closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure consistent partner communications, optimize enablement materials, and automate processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience in partner environments—e.g., B2B sales, multiplier/channel sales, partner sales, or business development • Strong communication skills & persuasiveness—You engage decision-makers at eye level and persuade with clarity and relevance • Relationship orientation & reliability—You build trust, follow through, and proactively approach partners • Hands-on mentality & ownership—You work in a structured way, think entrepreneurially, and contribute pragmatically • Digital affinity & systems thinking—CRM, funnel tracking, and tool logic are second nature to you • Language proficiency—You communicate at native-level German; English is a plus.
