📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Product point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of banking and insurance clients • Lead structured discovery engagements, including interviews, workflow mapping, call and queue observation, agent side-by-sides, and document analysis • Define AI platform solutions aligned with client operational pain points and regulatory constraints • Review pre-sales Statements of Work for scope, feasibility, and design alignment • Translate banking and insurance workflows into structured product and configuration requirements • Own Autopilot design and specification documents, including disclosures, authentication, consent capture, and human-handoff criteria • Define business success metrics with clients • Enforce scope discipline during UAT and route out-of-scope requests through change order processes • Own 0→1 deployments from pilot kickoff through go-live • Generate test criteria and conduct manual validation before customer UAT • Partner with compliance, legal, and information security teams to clear go-live requirements • Drive customer UAT, including on-site travel for strategic accounts • Monitor deployed Autopilots using observability tooling and resolve issues • Ensure clients and CXMs can measure deployment success metrics • Document ROI proof points and case-for-scale narratives • Surface reusable patterns and product gaps to influence the core product roadmap • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, playbooks, and templates

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial services or financial services technology • Hands-on exposure to banking or insurance operations in retail and commercial banking servicing, lending and collections, or insurance operations • Demonstrated experience in a client-facing delivery role such as implementation, technical project management, solution consulting, or customer success • Ability to map complex customer-facing and back-office workflows into structured requirements and prioritized problem statements • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present to VP and C-suite stakeholders and translate between operations, risk/compliance, and technical audiences • Working familiarity with TCPA, Reg E, Reg Z, call recording and consent, GLBA, PCI DSS, or NAIC market conduct expectations • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and whitespace • Experience with agentic workflows and strong curiosity about AI and automation • Willingness to travel up to 25–35% to client sites • Preferred: experience at banking, payments, policy administration, or claims software vendors • Preferred: startup or high-growth technology company experience • Preferred: familiarity with CCaaS, IVR, conversational AI, NLP, Genesys, NICE, Five9, or Nuance • Preferred: understanding of APIs, ISO 20022, FDX/open banking, ACORD, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, or Microsoft Dynamics • Preferred: exposure to fraud, dispute, claims, identity, or authentication platforms • Preferred: product roadmaps, PRDs, or Agile/Scrum experience
