📋 Description

• Own measurable performance improvements across the full patient lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, early care, and long-term retention • Design, execute, and analyze experiments and targeted initiatives to improve intake and activation rates, accelerate early care progression, and strengthen ongoing engagement • Design and execute structured A/B and multivariate tests across email, SMS, and in-app channels • Build experimentation roadmaps tied to lifecycle KPIs such as no-show/late-cancel rates, visit completion, and retention • Analyze funnel performance, segment variation, and state-level variation to identify gaps and prioritize improvements • Test and evaluate AI-powered lifecycle capabilities, including send-time optimization, predictive segmentation, dynamic content, and propensity modeling • Partner with Data, Engineering, and Operations to integrate machine-learning signals into lifecycle triggers and journeys • Validate model performance, monitor drift, and ground AI-assisted decisions in patient outcomes and business impact • Own the analytical layer for lifecycle performance, including reporting frameworks and real-time dashboards • Write SQL queries and partner with Analytics and BI teams to surface insights from patient behavior, funnel performance, and experiment results • Define success metrics, ensure proper instrumentation, and enforce incrementality standards • Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Operations, Marketing Operations, Data Engineering, and Creative • Partner with Technical Lifecycle and Marketing Operations to design, instrument, and launch experiments • Collaborate with Creative on messaging hypotheses and content strategy • Align behavioral and product signals with lifecycle programs for a coherent patient experience across channels

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 or more years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or performance marketing with a track record of driving measurable outcomes • Strong SQL proficiency or willingness to learn • Comfort operating in data warehouses; Snowflake experience preferred • Experience designing, measuring, and iterating on structured experiments • Understanding of incrementality • Deep familiarity with cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, and segment-level performance variation • Curiosity about AI and ML applications in lifecycle marketing, including predictive modeling, dynamic content, propensity scoring, and intelligent automation • Analytical rigor to critically evaluate AI and ML applications • Comfort testing and forming opinions on new tools quickly • Ability to distinguish real lift from noise • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise business recommendations • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; Talkiatry participates in E-Verify
