• We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to oversee and drive the recruitment function, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality talent across diverse roles and industries. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring objectives and maintain high performance. • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, market mapping, and advanced sourcing techniques. Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment teams and achieving hiring goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
