📋 Description

• Partner with people, clients, and stakeholders to understand needs and requirements and develop creative approaches • Own the project process from start to finish • Build project roadmaps, plans, and solutions • Research potential solutions with project teams • Manage stakeholder, client, and project team expectations • Perform detailed checks and manage sensitive timeframes • Handle day-to-day team and client communication • Coordinate closely with internal departments • Adapt to changing priorities and complete deliverables on time with limited supervision • Conduct deep-dive information-gathering sessions and collect client program requirements • Validate workflows and processes for incoming opportunities • Guide clients and provide process improvements throughout the implementation cycle • Troubleshoot process and operational discrepancies • Host clients and maintain client satisfaction and confidence throughout implementations • Remain accountable for project and launch success or failure, team performance survey responses, and client NPS feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business project management experience • BPO experience is a MUST • 5 years of experience in project management • 5+ years in operations and/or account management, working directly with clients • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality • Self-starter willing to support project teams • PMP certification is a PLUS
