📋 Description

• Lead the planning and execution of Oracle Cloud transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives • Oversee project management activities, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring project plans, and enforcing governance and standards • Track project progress against objectives and timelines, making adjustments as necessary • Understand project overlap and connections to keep the program moving forward • Coordinate activities, motivate team members, and resolve conflicts • Partner with System Implementers, hold standards, and drive accountability • Allocate project resources and manage priorities • Identify project resource requirements with stakeholders • Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate project status, organize presentations, and address project variances • Provide reports on project issues, resolutions, and improvement suggestions • Collect regular status updates from the project team • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure objectives and responsibilities are documented and approved • Facilitate core team meetings covering program issues, risks, and progress • Identify and remove performance bottlenecks, confront issues proactively, and develop strategic plans to address challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration, IT) • Proven experience managing Oracle Cloud transformation projects or similar enterprise-level ERP initiatives • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative work environment • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges • Ability to organize and express thoughts clearly • Ability to be a fast learner, execute tactical tasks, and think strategically • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred but not requirement • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
