📋 Description

• Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics • Understand and determine customer needs and recommend tailored banking solutions while exercising discretion in confidential matters • Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard activities as necessary • Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and promptly • Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly and appropriately on banking solutions and processes • Promote team effectiveness and participate in personal performance development • Support the team by respecting coworkers, maintaining dedication, and keeping colleagues updated on routine activities • Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements to achieve operational excellence • Participate in regular career, development, and performance conversations with a manager

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset • Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills • Hands on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet • Ability to exercise initiative and maintain accuracy and attention to detail while handling several tasks and changing priorities • Established customer experience skills • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with different people in a calm, courteous, and effective manner • Compliance with provincial regulations, requirements, and employment conditions in Canada
