📋 Description
• Completes tasks assigned by Claims Advisors to assist in investigation and settlement of claims • Interacts with vendors, insureds, and witnesses • Prioritizes and manages workload to meet service level agreements • Contributes to business objectives for operational excellence • Supports documentation accuracy and compliance with regulations • Identifies and participates in process improvement opportunities
🎯 Requirements
• Prior claims experience • Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset • College/University degree • 3+ years relevant experience • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Ability to travel with limited notice
