📋 Description

• Develop the mortgage customer base and pursue mortgage development initiatives • Target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence • Develop and maintain customer relationships • Build and manage an independent mortgage sales business • Use TD’s sales management system to manage sales activity • Make joint sales calls with the Senior District Sales Manager • Participate in monthly coaching sessions • Serve customers through TD’s financial products and services

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Exceptional quality sales skills • Self-starter mindset • Independent, self-managed professional • Experience developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication • Post-secondary education preferred • Ability to work under provincial employment regulations in Canada
