📋 Description

• Develop mortgage business and customer base • Target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners and other centers of influence • Build sales skills and credit knowledge through targeted sales training • Work closely with the Senior District Sales Manager • Make joint sales calls • Participate in monthly coaching sessions • Use a sales management system designed for the sales channel • Build a personal business using TD’s brand • Develop and maintain customer relationships • Provide mobile mortgage sales services for personal and small business banking customers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Strong communication skills in Asian languages, such as Mandarin, Cantonese or other Asian languages • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese or other Asian languages encouraged • Strong capabilities to develop and maintain customer relationships • Entrepreneurial, proactive and strategic approach to developing a customer base • Self-starter with exceptional quality sales skills • Independent, self-managed professional • Enjoys developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication • Post-secondary education preferred
