📋 Description

• Develop mortgage business by targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners and other centers of influence • Build and maintain customer relationships • Develop a customer base using a proactive and strategic approach • Conduct mortgage development and sales initiatives • Participate in targeted sales training to build sales skills and credit knowledge • Work closely with the Senior District Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions • Use a sales management system designed for the mobile mortgage sales channel • Build an individual business using TD’s brand • Support customers through TD Canada Trust’s financial products and services

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Exceptional quality sales skills • Self-starter • Independent, self-managed professional • Experience developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication • Post-secondary education (preferred)
