📋 Description

• Develop mortgage business by targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence • Build and maintain customer relationships • Develop a customer base and new business • Flex work schedule to maintain work-life balance • Participate in targeted sales training to build sales skills and credit knowledge • Work closely with the Senior District Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions • Use a sales management system designed for the mobile mortgage sales channel • Build own business using TD’s brand in Canada

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Strong capabilities to develop and maintain customer relationships • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and strategic approach to developing a customer base • Self-starter with exceptional sales skills • Independent, self-managed professional who enjoys developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication • Post-secondary education (preferred)
