📋 Description

• Develop the mortgage business by targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners and other centers of influence • Develop and maintain customer relationships • Develop a customer base using a proactive and strategic approach • Build sales skills and credit knowledge through targeted training • Work closely with the Senior District Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions • Use a sales management system designed for the sales channel • Build an independent mortgage business using TD’s brand • Flex work schedule to maintain work-life balance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Strong communication skills in Asian languages, such as Mandarin, Cantonese or other Asian languages • Exceptional quality sales skills • Self-starter • Independent, self-managed professional • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication is ideal • Post-secondary education preferred
