📋 Description

• Support Cencora’s patient and provider support and pharma commercialization services in Canada through Innomar Strategies • Record patient interactions, update case notes in pharmacy systems, and maintain privacy requirements • Process prior authorization requests by collecting clinical documentation, completing payer-specific forms, submitting requests, and tracking status • Verify insurance coverage, review patient insurance cards, check formulary information, and document coverage details • Support financial assistance enrollment by collecting eligibility information, completing manufacturer copay applications, and submitting paperwork • Coordinate specialty pharmacy referrals, verify insurance benefits, schedule patient calls, and liaise with specialty pharmacy teams • Respond to routine patient inquiries, provide status updates, answer basic questions using scripts, and escalate complex issues • Track pending prior authorizations, follow up with payers, and notify senior staff of delays or denials

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required • 3+ years of experience in pharmacy support, prior authorization processing, insurance verification, or healthcare administrative roles required • HIPAA or applicable compliance training required • Associate's degree in healthcare administration, life sciences, pharmacy technology, or a related field or equivalent experience preferred
