📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as the main point of contact for client communication. • Coordinate with internal and client-side teams (sales, operations, and support) to ensure consistent service delivery. • Identify upsell opportunities and propose relevant travel services or packages that align with client goals. • Prepare and present client performance reports and assist in goal tracking. • Troubleshoot issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns. • Maintain CRM records, ensuring all client interactions and milestones are tracked accurately. • Monitor industry trends and customer behavior to inform strategy and ensure clients remain competitive in the tourism landscape. • Work across multiple time zones and stay proactive in communication and planning.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or sales operations, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry. • Demonstrated experience working with or for Australian travel brands, OTAs, or tourism agencies. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello). • Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a knack for building long-lasting professional relationships. • A background in travel operations or itinerary planning is a plus.
