• Lead presales efforts for SAP solutions, including S/4HANA, ECC conversions, AMS, and digital transformation programs; • Design tailored, best-fit SAP solutions (across Public Cloud, Private Cloud, and ECC environments) tailored to regional industry and regulatory contexts; • Drive proposals, effort estimates, architecture diagrams, BoMs, and technical solution documents. Engage stakeholders in Sales, Transition & Transformation, Delivery contributing to the solution and proposal; • Build ROI and TCO models for SAP Cloud migration strategies, including RISE with SAP and BTP use cases; • Respond to RFPs and RFIs with competitive, tailored content and contribute to commercial strategies; • Actively engage with clients through discovery workshops, executive briefings, and solution walkthroughs; • Guide client stakeholders through decision-making with transparent analysis of options and trade-offs; • Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from solutioning to execution; • Build strategic relationships with SAP product teams, advisory organizations, European partner ecosystem, and key enterprise clients on as needed basis.
• 12+ years of SAP consulting, presales, and solution architecture experience; • Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA (Public and Private Cloud), SAP ECC, and BTP; • Deep experience with SAP AMS models and service transitions; • Hands-on process knowledge in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Finance; • Strong understanding of SAP licensing, BoM structuring, and commercial models; • Experience working on multi-country SAP rollouts across Europe; • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive presentation skills; • Fluent in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) a strong advantage but not necessary; • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (Master’s preferred); • SAP certifications (S/4HANA, BTP, or Solution Architect Lean IX or Signavio) highly desirable.
