📋 Description

• Own a book of roughly 100 existing Enterprise customers across the Northeast, representing approximately $4M in ARR • Drive customer adoption and depth of use to achieve time-to-value goals • Manage retention, multi-year renewals, and forecast accuracy • Identify and generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing customers • Partner with Account Executives on larger expansion deals • Source, set up, and cleanly hand off larger expansion opportunities while remaining the relationship owner • Proactively identify at-risk accounts, underused products, renewals, and adjacent use cases • Maintain broad coverage and health across the entire customer book • Build proactive customer relationships and make TeamViewer products work effectively for customers

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or a comparable customer-facing commercial role, ideally in B2B SaaS • Track record of carrying retention and expansion targets • Ability to manage and prioritize a wide book of approximately 100 accounts • Clear, direct communication with customers and internal partners • CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting skills • Experience selling or supporting IT, security, or remote-connectivity software • History of partnering with Account Executives or sales counterparts on larger deals • Multi-year and multi-product expansion experience • Ability to travel domestically up to 40% • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States • TeamViewer cannot provide employment or work authorization sponsorship
