📋 Description

• Customize, enhance, and maintain the Epicor Kinetic ERP system using native Epicor development tools • Design and implement UI customizations for Kinetic web screens using Epicor Application Studio • Develop and maintain server-side business logic with BPM Directives to enforce business rules and automate workflows • Use C# within BPMs for complex logic • Create and manage reusable business logic components using Epicor Functions • Design and implement User Defined Tables and fields to extend the Epicor data model • Create, optimize, and maintain complex Business Activity Queries for dashboards, reports, and integrations • Develop and customize Dashboards using BAQs and Epicor Data Discovery • Design, develop, and modify financial and operational reports using SSRS or other Epicor-supported tools • Facilitate data exchange and integrations using Epicor REST API and Service Connect • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customization and BPM issues using Epicor and browser debugging tools • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience as an IT Developer • 5 years of experience in ERP • At least the last 2 years working with Epicor Kinetic • Strong programming skills in C# and SQL • Proven experience as an Epicor Developer, Consultant, or Analyst focused on customization and technical tools • Direct experience with Epicor Kinetic • Proficiency in Epicor Application Studio, BPM Directives, Epicor Functions, User Defined Tables, BAQs, Dashboards/EDD, SSRS, Epicor REST API, and Service Connect • Familiarity with the .NET framework • Solid working knowledge of SQL/T-SQL • Experience using Epicor and browser debugging tools, including Application Studio debug console, F12 developer tools, and tracing • Knowledge of Epicor development best practices, including separation of client-side and server-side logic and use of Epicor services over direct database manipulation • Epicor Tools or Technology management certification and/or demonstrated ability to consult in the Tools area with Epicor software and basic programming knowledge preferred • Experience with Epicor 10 and experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment are a plus • Excellent analytical and communication skills to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
