📋 Description

• Drive data collection and configuration of the Tecsys solution • Collaborate with project teams to identify customer needs and define business processes • Build on-site rapport with customers • Guide customers through integration of Tecsys software • Contribute to successful healthcare supply-chain software implementations • Work within the Professional Services department on implementation and business process-focused projects

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of direct software implementation and consulting experience at a consulting or software company, or 2+ years as a product/solution specialist with direct customer-side software implementation experience • Experience implementing Performance Tracking Inventory Management for MedSurg and operating room supplies and/or Point of Use (POU) systems • Experience defining business process requirements, configuring software, loading data, testing, and training • Strong understanding of hospital supply and inventory management • Bachelor's degree • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting aptitude • Flexibility and self-learning ability • Excellent writing and presentation skills • Valid Canadian or American passport required due to frequent North American travel • Must be a Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident of Canada, or hold a valid Canadian work permit • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is an asset • Technical aptitude is an asset
